Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software) to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative supply chain and retail solutions using Blue Yonder products. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver scalable and effective solutions that optimize business operations.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Planning:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs using Blue Yonder products.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures, taking into consideration scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements.
• Provide expertise in Blue Yonder product functionalities, modules, and configuration options to design optimal solutions aligned with customer needs.

Blue Yonder Product Expertise:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder products, including Supply Chain Planning, Retail Planning, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, and Labor Management.
• Stay up to date with the latest Blue Yonder product releases, features, and best practices.
• Advise customers on the best utilization of Blue Yonder products to meet their business objectives.

Technical Leadership and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, development, and support, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Blue Yonder solutions.
• Guide and mentor technical teams in implementing Blue Yonder solutions, providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with partners and third-party vendors to integrate Blue Yonder products with other systems and applications.

Pre-Sales Support:

• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, and presenting the value proposition of Blue Yonder solutions.
• Provide expert advice on solution feasibility, cost estimates, and implementation timelines.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
• Document customer requirements, solution configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Blue Yonder products.
• Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder Supply Chain and Retail products, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Blue Yonder products.
• Familiarity with supply chain and retail industry processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Blue Yonder certifications (such as Blue Yonder Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
