1. Providing strategic leadership and oversight for mental health services within the facility.
2. Developing and implementing mental health policies, procedures, and treatment protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
3. Collaborating with mental health professionals and healthcare staff to facilitate the delivery of exceptional mental health services.
4. Overseeing the training and professional development of mental health staff.
5. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in mental health
6. Participating in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance mental health services within the facility.
7. Engaging in mental health awareness initiatives and community outreach programs.
8. Reviewing and approving mental health treatment plans and assessments.

Qualifications
PCUSA will employ appropriately qualified, licensed, and trained staff to perform the required services of providing medical care to the inmates of the CJC, and any service provider offered by the contractor should meet the following requirements:
Mental Health Professional:
1. PsyD licensure in the State of Missouri required.
2. Strong knowledge of mental health regulations and compliance standards.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in electronic health records, mental health technology, and telehealth platforms.
5. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting mental health awareness.
