Journey Architect

Physicians Mutual is looking to hire a Journey Architect who will establish marketing strategies and perform a detailed analysis of customer and journey data in order to determine marketing opportunities for our newly launched Pet Insurance product!

What you get to do in this role:

• Evaluate effectiveness of different journey paths
• Implement necessary changes that will improve journey path results, manage promotion costs and profitability
• Initiate accurate and timely implementations of integrated journeys consisting of direct mail, social media, email, telemarketing and more
• Develop an annual promotional budget to accomplish overall journey objectives
• Plan and execute the testing strategy to accomplish the promotional budget
• Provide direction, guidance, and resolve issues with internal and external vendors and customers as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas is required
• A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing and sales experience is preferred
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to analyze and forecast complex data
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Strong math and financial knowledge
• Working knowledge of marketing methodologies
• Self-motivated and efficient with minimal supervision
