Manager, Process Improvement

Physicians Mutual is looking to hire a Manager, Process Improvement. 

Responsibilities:

• Agile Coaching/Training, Release metrics, overseeing Agile and Practice processes, process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and best practice principles in order to enable people, process and technology to optimally deliver organizational value.
• Must embody a servant leadership style; listen, question, empower and communicate.
• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the Company.
• Coordinate and manage analysis evaluations and quality assessments for proper implementation of programs, systems specifications, and quality standards. 
• Provide consulting services to Practice Leaders, Process Leaders, and staff to facilitate improvements. 
• Develops and implements quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards & procedures. 
• Trains and mentors’ employees/teams on process improvement methodology.

Requirements: 

• BS Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology or relevant industry.
• 5 years of Agile transformation experience, coaching, leading, and developing highly skilled teams.
• Experience mediating conflict, facilitating discussions, applying/providing feedback and coaching teams/individua on Scrum principles.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Preferred:

• MS Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer or Program Consultant certifications.
