With minimal supervision in an Agile Organization, the Program Manager is focused on representing the strategic objectives within the enterprise. This focus includes building lightweight business cases, selling initiative value in priority discussions, breaking down initiatives into deliverable features for development, creating project timelines and a significant amount of communication with our business partners and technical management. It will be imperative these individuals are excellent representatives of the company through presentation, communication and facilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with business stakeholders to outline and define business objectives, determine priority and communicate value.
• Represents the strategic objectives within the enterprise.
• Creates and maintains project timelines
• Manages business and technical scope
• Communicates with business stakeholders and leadership throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:

• College degree with major course work in business management information systems, computer science or equivalent training / experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Information Technology or relevant industry.
• 5 years of experience in project/product management.
• Experience communicating, facilitating, and coordinating across all levels of an enterprise.
• Demonstrate the ability to launch & deliver multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred:

• Certifications (SAFe Certification, CSM, CBAP, CSPO, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Insurance Industry knowledge.
