Summary / Objective:
The Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of PSW’s ACO programs. The position will work closely with leadership and the project team to ensure deadlines are met, program governance activities are adhered to, and processes and workflows are followed to ensure smooth operations for the ACO. Essential Functions:
· Responsible for communication activities such as preparing reports, agendas, meeting minutes, templates and correspondence; scheduling meetings and conferences; providing responses to routine queries; providing assistance in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing distributing and monitoring action items, and
· Perform confidential and complex administrative duties including typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, building presentations, assisting to develop workflows and efficient processes, and use of virtual meeting platforms.
· Responsible for monitoring and analyzing relevant issues that will impact the organization and inform project team of necessary actions referencing Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) various online portals and tools.
· Responsible for obtaining documents from regulatory agencies and/or participating providers accurately and timely.
· Support accurate paper and electronic fillings as required by program.
· Provides other support for ACO Leadership/Teams, as needed.
