Health Information Management (HIM) Technician (Non-Certified)

Health Information Management (HIM) Technician (Non-Certified)

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Daily chart reconciliation of all chart types
- Processing all paper records through prep, scan, quality control, and validation to ensure timely filing into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Assisting in completing daily scan reconciliation, ESI Log, and cer batch
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of related experience required
- Strong communication skills required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of work quality
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize work
- Ability to work individually and still be a team player
- Familiarity with state HIM regulations
