Human Resources Manager

Physicians Revenue Group is excited to offer the role of Human Resources Manager as we continue growing exponentially. The right candidate has potential to grow within this role. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment activities across all divisions, onboarding, responding to employee inquiries, administering benefits and other essential human resources functions.

Duties:

• Create and post job ads as needed.
• Screen, recruit, and interview applicants.
• Conduct new hire employee orientations and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain all employee files.
• Prepare monthly turnover reports.
• Supervises HR staff.
• Ensure administration of all benefits programs.
• Collaborate with corresponding departments to assist with hiring.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
• Work with management to resolve grievances and issues related to employees.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluation process.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, & investigations.
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources
• At least 7 to 10 years of human resources management experience.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies, employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communications skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills and ethical mindset.
• Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
