What you will do
As a Tool Assembly Tech, you will be responsible to complete the assembly of components, fabrication of “End of Arm Tooling”, testing of equipment, inventory control, inventory maintenance, meet quality standard and provide cost effective manufacturing service to the company and customers. You will:
- Layout and assembly of “End of Arm Tooling”.
- Fabricating of assemblies of components.
- Inspection of components.
- Testing the functionality of components and “End of Arm Tooling”.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- From time to time, performs the on-site installation.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and the position is based in Xenia, OH. In this role, you are required to act accordingly to the Piab Code of Conduct and know and follow the Piab values, mission, and routines.
Skills, Experience, and Educational Background:
· High school or equivalent and/or three years manufacturing experience in related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
· English skills: verbal and written, e-mail communication
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
