Job Summary:
Looking for an experience Project Manager for 25M greenfield metals & mining project located in Gilbert, AZ. This project is the installation of 3-thousand-ton Mining conveyor systems machine three football fields long. The projects details are to check soil testing for metals and mining materials and then send the samples to regional labs for results of the materials collected. The Project Manager will work closely with Construction Superintendents and other Project Managers to support construction operations for the greenfield metal & mining project site located Gilbert AZ. Project Manager reports to the VP of Operations and is the acting representative in the field, assisting with project controls, including but not limited to daily management, budgeting, scheduling, and planning. The Project Manager ensures that the project is constructed according to the project plans. Duties will require outdoor activities including but not limited to working in an industrial environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Staff and clients to ensure the goals of the project are achieved.
- Assist with Contracting and managing subcontractors
- Assist Project Manager with various tasks as needed for projects
- Create long and short-term plans, which include setting measurable targets, to adhere to deadlines.
- Delegate tasks on the projects to employees best positioned to complete them while maintaining company standards.
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options to progress the project.
- Communicate with management to keep the project aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement Time Management and People strategies aligned to achieve the project objectives.
- Develop, coach, and support the project team members on all operational activities to achieve project goals.
- Forming strong relationships with the execution team to be able to challenge and coach while providing services to core standards.
- Work with project team to ensure compliance with company policies, governmental rules/regulations, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Monitor and controlling of resources thru effective oversight to achieve the project objectives.
- Oversee and assess performances to make improvements or take corrective actions to maintain
- Manage change to achieve project and business objectives.
- Develop schedules, work plans and resource allocation for projects.
- Prepare and control operational budgets for projects to achieve the business objectives
- Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination to facilitate the resolution of technical problems on projects.
- Manage and create RFIs and Submittals for assigned projects.
- Monitor and track financials for projects to achieve and record objectives of the projects.
- Organize field data and utilize engineering data to compile various documentation/reports
- Ensure corporate policies and programs related to HR, Safety, Quality, and Project Controls are implemented to achieve the project objectives.
- Manage and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Assist on project material and equipment procurement.
- Create RFIs and Submittals for assigned projects

Education / Experience
- Bachelors in engineering / Construction Management or 5 years direct experience in industrial / construction project engineering.
