Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities, including fluency in English and Spanish, is a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is an advantage
- Familiarity with POS systems and phone etiquette

Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

- Pewaukee, WI 53072: Relocate before starting work (Required)
