Qualifications
- Some construction and carpentry experience: flooring, tiling, finish work.
- Works efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and dependable.
- Knowledge of different disciplines including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, painting.
- Ability to use varying types of equipment including grounds keeping equipment, power and hand tools.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Attention to details, quality.
