Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Secretary to join our team at PicknDrive Auto Company in Lubbock, Texas. The ideal candidate will share our mission and values and will play a key role in supporting our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize paperwork, documents, and records.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a welcoming and helpful manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive industry terminology and practices is preferred but not required.
