  • Overseeing the preparation of forecasting
  • Conduct revenue, cost, and cash-flow projection
  • Prepare and analyze the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly summary cost report, labor reports, and monthly quantities
  • Track and report project status on monthly/weekly basis
  • Supervise subcontractors, service agreements, purchase orders, change orders and contract modifications
  • Initiate and create forecast projection and cost code structure at the beginning of each job
  • Keep track of quantities executed and quantities to be executed in all project activities
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
