Responsible for the overall application maintenance and support of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management System of or Biomedical Engineering and Diagnostic Imaging repair services, which is available to all PHC facilities to include (11) hospitals, over two hundred (200) freestanding healthcare clinics and imaging centers and over 80 associates using the application. Supervises the integrity and support of the system from new site conversions to daily use and develop metrics and analytics to drive efficiencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for ensuring that the CMMS is implemented to demonstrate PHC is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations, as well as with Joint Commission, National Fire Protection Agency, etc.
2. Responsible for the Biomedical Engineering CMMS application implementation of new sites, to include start-up coordination and supervises data conversion.
3. Supervises and provides guidance on maintaining the integrity and data entry protocols for the Biomedical Engineering CMMS by developing standardized operational computerized maintenance management procedures and process.
4. Keeps abreast biomedical engineering application use options within the CMMS application to meet respective industry changing needs.
5. Serves as a liaison to CMMS vendor and performs and coordinates the CMMS application upgrades with PHC Information System.
6. Tracks and identifies data entry compliance issues across PHC for CMMS applications.
7. Pro-actively analyzes, monitors, and creates reports to identify cost reduction, resource productivity, and service agreement expiration and compliance improvement.
8. Maintains the CMMS in the creation of standardized data tables, security levels, labor rates, and user log-on.
9. Conducts the development of new user training and refresher courses.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of healthcare biomedical engineering or electronics engineering experience OR 3 years of data systems/systems analyst experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Demonstrated analytical ability and possess a working knowledge of basic database tools such as: Microsoft SQL statement development for database management, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Crystal report writer.
Possess strong analytical skills, including ability to understand and define most critical issues and develop methodologies for collecting and analyzing relevant data.
