Job Duties
- Using pull sheets to gather and organize supplies and equipment for the next day's HVAC installations.
- Put away all deliveries and mark equipment received with job name and number.
- List return to stocks and give to installation coordinator for return to vendor.
- Remove clutter and scrap from shop area.
- Pick up garbage from warehouse, yard, and on building grounds.
- Maintain facility in proper operating condition in compliance with OSHA.
- Put away all extra materials brought back by installers the day before.
- Operating forklift to place equipment and supplies into warehouse.
- Load out, clean out, organize installer vehicles as instructed.
- Run parts to jobs or pick up parts from suppliers as instructed.
- Inform management of potential shortages when identified.
- Create orders from suppliers as instructed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screen.
- Prior warehouse and delivery experience preferred.
- Ability to use a forklift. Training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
