What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cake Decorator position at Piggly Wiggly?

Our bakery is seeking an experienced Cake Decorator for our busy company. A successful candidate will be innovative and passionate about cake decoration, with a commitment to continue learning new skills and techniques. The right candidate needs to be a self-starter who is able to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that cakes are visually appealing.
  • Install cake designs on the top and sides of a cake; top tier.
  • Will be in charged of filling the cold case dessert section as well as birthday cakes and specialty cakes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

  • Flexible schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Cake decorating: 1 year (Preferred)
