is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals ready to join our team for various construction projects across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

Role : Summer Construction Position
As a Summer Construction worker, you’ll be the versatile hero of our teams, moving across tasks and picking up a broad skill set in the paving industry.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn from the ground up and get a taste of different roles within construction.
What You Can Expect :
- A commitment to a safe work environment
- A team-oriented atmosphere where your contribution is truly valued
- Professional growth in a respectful and courteous work setting
- The opportunity to work extended hours, including potential night, weekend shifts, and occasional overnights, for those who want to earn more
- Starting rate $21.00 / hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00 / hour shift.
What you will do :
- Perform manual labor such as raking and looting.
- Directing and guiding traffic through construction sites when necessary.
- Work closely with the Traffic Coordinator.
- Set up and relocation of construction sign packages, cone placement and general maintenance of arrow and message boards.
Requirements :
- A team player attitude, ready to help co-workers and supervisors as needed
- Professionalism and a courteous approach to everyone you work with, including co-workers, supervisors, and the general public
- Flexibility to work extra hours, with the possibility of night and / or weekend shifts, as well as overnights
- A valid driver’s license
