We are Seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to support the opening of our new studio in Sherman Oaks! Your role will involve membership sales, sales of fitness attire and private training. Our Associates assist in building member relationships by providing excellent studio experience. You will work with the Studio Manager to meet and exceed studio goals. Customer Service and Sales experience required. Fitness experience is preferred. Opportunity for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Excellent verbal communication skills for phone and face to face interactions. Making outbound phone calls is part of the position.
- Excellent verbal communication skills including texting and email.
- Goal-oriented with desire to meet sales goals in all aspects of studio including memberships, private training, and retail.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and in the public community.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional and neat in appearance with an engaging attitude.
- On time and ready to work at start of scheduled shift.
- Must have attention to detail and proficiency in data management and computers.
- Ability to take initiative in driving sales and overall operations of studio in the absence of management
- The ability to be adaptable and evolve in an ever-changing environment.
- Adheres to company handbook polices and procedures.
- Must complete really Assessment as part of the interview process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and maintain acceptable level of personal sales production of studio memberships, retail attire and private training through lead generation process to include phone calls, texting and emailing potential members to discuss value and benefits of Reformer Pilates.
- Establish a relationship while accessing clients needs and presenting appropriate services as well as follow up and retention of clients.
- Provide excellent customer service via face to face member interaction, phone calls and response to VMs and emails, same day when possible, and escalating issues to the GM/Owner as needed.
- Able to take initiative in the absence of the Management.
- Assist with retail items including steaming, presentation and replenishment.
- Ability to problem solve and execute desired expectations while interacting with team members and clients calmly and professionally, even in conflict.
- Assist with maintaining studio cleanliness following Operational checklists in the studio.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
