Production Associate
FULL-TIME
$20 / hr, plus $3000 new hire bonus, see details below
- Processing products using tools, manual labor, and equipment provided in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim's product standards and procedures.
- Processing products according to operating procedures and quality / quantity expectations.
- Observing equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and / or safety issues / concerns.
- Cleaning and organized work area.
- Training others with the skills and knowledge gained from the position.
- Observing all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, co-workers, and leadership teams.
- Recognizing and acting on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization.
- Following all company animal welfare guidelines.
REM-03 WS-03 WS-TC
Schedule
Shift start : 9 : 30PM
Shift length : 8 - 12 hours
Sunday - Thursday 9 : 40 pm to 6 : 25 am, occasional Friday nights
