We have implemented safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are working to ensure social distancing within our facility. We have installed physical barriers throughout our facility such as plexi-glass or plastic barriers between team member work stations. Each day, temperature screens are performed for each employee and visitor before entering the facility. Face coverings are provided and required over the mouth and nose at all times when inside the facility, and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.
Responsibilities
- Reconciling production between production recap sheets and SAP.
- Balancing finished product and raw meat inventories daily.
- Reconciling and tracking purchases of raw meat.
- Update multiple Excel Spreadsheets for management and Accounting.
- Run Daily and Weekly Labor reports for management.
- Input Scrape Test Results and Dry Yields from production.
- Weekly Downtime reports
- Weekly Marination reports
- Chicken Sales to employees, retirees, contractors, growers and charity donations.
- Reconcile Chicken sales and provide to Accounting.
- Input Invoices in SAP for Accounting
- Employee supply distribution and tracking.
- Assist Management with any information they may need on production or supplies.
- Dapec Utilization Report to calculate Dapec efficiencies on Daily Production Report (DPR) Evis – Run Daily
- Dry Yield – Completed weekly
- Over Fill Reports for NS and DS
- Yield Graphs- PNL Weekly Report and Weekly Net Dock Reports
- Ingredient Variances 75 & 76
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years related work experience.
- Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Be dependable, flexible and able to multi-task.
- Willing to work extra hours to get the job done including some weekends.
- Must be detail minded with strong organizational skills.
- High work ethic: must be a dependable self-starter able to work without close supervision.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain quality output while meeting department deadlines.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; Some college preferred.
