Dr. Pillai is also the founder of related educational programs including Mind-Sound Technology, which develops sound-based media and education programs for youth, and Astroved.com Pvt Ltd, which focuses on the propagation of the Vedic sciences.
Position Summary
The Digital Production Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of our digital platform, including four YouTube channels, Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels as needed. You should have a digital-first approach to the production and distribution of all our video content on all current social channels as well as firm grasp of up-and-coming content platforms You are a sharp content strategist as well as a methodical, reliable producer, creating content across all social channels to provide a cohesive brand experience.
Must have proven experience in digital content strategy & data analysis as well as a background in spiritual concepts and well versed in rituals & Hinduism.
You should have a strong understanding of how to create and optimize online ads on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, using appropriate tracking to provide ad performance reporting from YouTube and Facebook analytics.
Must possess technical understanding of how to set-up, run and troubleshoot the multi-streams for all the online events being webcasted to multiple platforms.
You should have a basic understanding of how landing pages and sales funnels work.

Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other internal & external partners to to develop effective content across all of our social platforms
- Identify current and future multimedia trends, tools, and techniques, and advise how to appropriately act upon them
- Produce and edit content videos and photography for all marketing channels (web, social, print, etc.) that tell a story across all channels
- Create all parts of our videos, including custom thumbnails, titles, descriptions, teasers, cards, and calls to action with an objective to optimize.
- Upload & create playlists, optimize metadata, etc. to drive analytical and tangible results
- Ensure all deliverables meet all objectives pertaining to quality, compliance, and regulations
- Create & articulate the organizations visual/content direction and brand narrative/guidelines.
- Understand video metrics and optimize performance, to boost views, engagement, and subscribers
- Responsible for task allocation and completion
- Responsible to allocate and manage resource planning for various tasks
- Responsible for interdepartmental and inter-vertical communication within the organization to get the things done efficiently and effectively.

- Detail-oriented and can easily navigate the backend of all digital channels (FB ads manager, YT Studio manager, GA)

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Google Drive tools or MS Office tools
Qualifications:
- MBA in Entertainment and broadcasting, or MBA in marketing or equivalent. Technical degree gives an added advantage.
- 8-10 years of core entertainment industry or media content creation experience is preferred (including media production house experience and hands on experience with visual content creation and mixing.
- YouTube and/or Social Media certifications are preferred
- In depth knowledge and hands-on experience on professional editing software tools is a must. (Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects)
- Minimum of 4 years Social Media experience (YouTube and Facebook)
- In depth knowledge of Facebook Business Suite
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM and how to utilize in content creation
- Experience in creating, running, monitoring and analyzing the paid online advertising campaigns created on YouTube and Facebook/Instagram
- Experience in Google Ad Words and Adsense for troubleshooting the monetization of existing channels
