Position: CNE - Women Infants-Medical Staff Office Manager
Shift Information: Days/ 40 Hrs. per week (Guaranteed)Shift - 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM?
Contract Info: 13 weeks at 40 Hrs. a week Guaranteed (with optional 1013-week extensions)
Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or relative years of work Experience. (Required) NAMSS-CPCS Certification (Required) Knowledge of ECHO or Cactus Credentialing Software (Required) Exposure and background in supporting organizing committee activities (Credentials Committee Medical Executive Committee) (Preferred) Experience in hospital privileging credentialing Exposure and background in supporting a Medical Staff Association Leadership team (Preferred) Previous Supervisory/Man

Roles Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will:
- Perform detailed reviews of applications, primary source verifications, and sources provided.
- Recognize potential discrepancies and adverse information, and independently investigate and validate information applications, primary source verifications, or other sources.
- Verify and document expirable using acceptable verification sources to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external queries regarding practitioners status, providing responses in a timely matter.
- Provide support for Reviews and update Activity Bylaws for the team. Organize/coordinate meeting activities for the Credential and Medical Executive committees.
- Degree in Business Administration or relative years of work Experience.
- (Required) NAMSS-CPCS Certification (Required) Knowledge of ECHO or Cactus Credentialing Software
- (Required) Exposure and background in supporting organizing committee activities (Credentials Committee Medical Executive Committee)
- (Preferred) Experience in hospital privileging credentialing Exposure and background in supporting a Medical Staff Association Leadership team
- (Preferred) Previous Supervisory/Managerial Experience (Required) 5 years secretarial experience (Medical setting Required)
- Previous experience with software applications, database knowledge, and general administrative skill set Flu Vaccination (Required)
