Marketing coordinator

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Marketing / Growth Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Pillar to Post Home Inspectors (Bryant and Armstrong Team) in Warner Robins, Georgia.

This is a part-time, hourly position (potential to go full-time) and the individual will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts and promoting growth for the company.

The Marketing / Growth Coordinator will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach our target audience and increase our brand awareness.

This is an individual contributor role, where the coordinator will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

Primary Objectives :

• Develop and maintain a network of top producing real estate offices, brokers, and agents in the middle Georgia area to make Pillar to Post Home Inspectors (Bryant and Armstrong Team) the most recognized and referred home inspection company in the business
• Acquire and retain top performing real estate agents through direct contact and brand awareness

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, both online and offline, to promote the company and its services
• Collaborate with the team to create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Coordinate and assist in planning and executing community events and networking opportunities to promote the company
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and measure the success of marketing campaigns
• Monitor and track marketing efforts to continuously improve and adjust strategies as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility and referral opportunities
• Assist in managing the company's website and online presence
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
• Proven experience in marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Self-starter with a strong drive for results
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
