The Opportunity
Pillar4 Media is seeking a Product Analyst to join its fast-growing team. As a member of the UX Research & Product team, you’ll work closely with our senior leadership, as well as other functional team members, to improve website performance through rigorous UX and product testing.

- Optimize website experiences using site & customer analytics and user research
- Work directly with Developers, Designers, Content, SEO & Paid Media teams to drive UX improvements and tests across our portfolio of websites
- Build, launch and monitor A/B and multivariate tests
- Become an expert in user-centered design principles and practices, accessibility, web usability standards, typography, and color
What You’ll Be Doing
The Product Analyst will:
- Collaborate with product managers and other functional teams to deliver on product roadmap initiatives
- Build, execute, and analyze digital experiments (A/B tests on our websites) in alignment with product roadmaps
- Be or become familiar with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript to execute front-end changes for testing
- Analyze customer pathing, page interactions, and user behavior across multiple sites and multiple channels, deriving user insights and hypotheses
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions and ideas to iterate on existing UX
- Pull test performance reads using SQL
- Discuss A/B test results and key metrics (click through rate, conversion rate, revenue per visit) internally with the Product team and with other teams at Pillar4
- Implement site usage metrics and tracking to continuously monitor user behavior and improve product and UX decisions
- Present bi-weekly reports on website testing performance to a large, cross-functional audience including senior leadership
What You Bring
- 0-2 years of experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) using customer analytics and A/B testing technologies to make commercial improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in one of the following: Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Science, etc.
- Eagerness to learn UX design principles and best practices for commercially driven web experiences
- Analytical mindset & experience in applying data insights to business decisions (experience with website analytics is a plus)
- Track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets, while balancing multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, relentless follow-through, and ability to problem solve

The Package
