Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00-$30.00HR

We are currently looking for a Quality Supervisor. This role will entail prioritizing standards, managing schedules to meet deadlines, monitoring activities, coordinating with production, managing a team and being a flexible team player to assist in all areas as needed.
Quality Supervisor Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Train operators on how to manufacture, perform inspections, record inspections, and package finished product.
- Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and dimensional tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production Process Technicians.
- Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
- Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work.
- Document inspection results by completing inspection logs.
- Read work orders or other documentation to determine product specifications.
- Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions.
- Communicate with coworker results of product quality to oncoming shift.
- Perform other task as needed
Quality Supervisor Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Quality Control Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Lead Quality Control Experience
- Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook
- Manufacturing software IQMS
- SPC
- Lean Manufacturing
- Blue Print / GD&T
