The role will collaborate with other team members of the Fraud Prevention team to create and implement fraud prevention tactics.Work fraud claims timely and ensure credits are issued appropriatelyEnsure all possible transactions are monitored via the fraud prevention tools and help our customers better protect their accountPerform the daily time sensitive processes of alerting customers of suspected fraudulent activity and identifying trendsIdentify new fraud patterns / exposures and recommends necessary changes to fraud policy and procedure to prevent or minimize financial lossesWork with Fraud Prevention Manager to cooperate and participate in any police investigation involving fraudulent activity at our proprietary sites.  Participation may include log file review, video file download or hard copy request, reviewing video and distributing to all investigating parties, and transaction review for a site in questionProvide input to assist in Credit / Sales strategic decisions for the department(s) and associated programsModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities follow rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent certificate requiredBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business field preferredMinimum three years’ work experience requiredSpecialized KnowledgeIntermediate Microsoft Office, Jira, and beginner Tableau skills preferredKnowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices, and proceduresStrong systems orientation with the ability to rapidly develop deep knowledge and understanding of key credit department systemsCompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally with customersExcellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and time management skillsTeamwork, problem solving, conflict management, influencing, presentation and negotiating skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work-streams concurrentlyAbility to set priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and resolve problems with a high sense of urgencyAdditional InformationNation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision401(k) Flexible Spending AccountsAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementWeekly PayOnsite GymOnsite Cafeteria All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
