We are seeking a dependable person with good basic computer skills such as internet, e-mail & word processing.
Compensation is based upon experience and performance.
Office hours are 8am - 5pm.
This position is for part-time and full-time employment is an option.

REQUIREMENTS:
Work location - Wiley Post Airport, Bethany, OK. This position is not remote.
High school diploma/GED required
Experience in a customer service role valued but not required
Client Focused Communication Skills, Basic Computer Proficiency
Ability and interest to learn and adapt

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pilot Medical Solutions is the leading aviation medical certification consultancy. We are currently looking for a friendly outgoing Client Service Specialist. The work involves taking and making calls, sending and responding to emails and providing assistance to staff, clients and their physicians. The successful candidate will be eager to assist and feel comfortable with established procedures and technology.
