Duties And Responsibilities
- Help educate and serve patients and customers so that each guest understands what strains and products best meet their needs.
- Enter customer and order information into POS, process payment, finalize order.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as state and local regulations.
- Keep all areas of the sales floor clean and clutter free throughout the day.
- Regular and punctual attendance and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Have a full understand of our rewards platform and encourage all customers to join our rewards program.
- Accurate cash accounting, cash handling skills and end of day balancing
- Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints with exceptional communication skills.
- Suggest product add-ons to customers on a consistent basis.
- Note: The primary position responsibilities outlined above are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be required.
- At least 3 years of cash handling experience and customer service experience.
- Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach and move about the store with the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
