### Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience and expertise in working with concrete.
### Duties:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment
- Pour and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using trowels, screeds, and floats
- Create decorative finishes by applying stains, dyes, or sealants
- Repair damaged concrete structures or surfaces
- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete saws and grinders
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
### Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
