High Volume Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
- Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Provide detailed information about our offerings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are transmitted to the kitchen promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables during peak times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Familiarity with proper food handling techniques
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred
