PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Project Manager that will be responsible for managing projects according to strict deadlines and budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and/or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee project quality and variance control throughout project life cycle.

YOU WILL:

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies (Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Planning & Prioritization Backlog Sessions).
• Daily reviews with development team to identify roadblocks and impediments to productivity; actively assist to remove roadblocks and impediments.
• Constant refinement reprioritization of the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Guide team to resolve internal conflicts in a healthy manner, while fostering a motivating culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Meeting facilitation to maximize the team’s efficiency and output, particularly retrospective output.
• Optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk. Tracks and communicates the overall team progress.
• Self-organize & self-manage and encourage team to stay true to working guidelines.
• Review, analyze and summarize project and team member deliverables, schedule variances and budget variances.
• Minimize project exposure to risk and mitigate same.
• Focus teams on development roadmap to deliver priorities that bring the highest business value.
• Manage sprint planning workflows through workflow management system.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and analyze the requirements in detail to produce user stories for development.
• Ensure successful delivery of large and/or cross-functional product and business initiatives.
• Provide status reports, raise issues, risks, dependencies and review deliverables generated within the scope of the track to ensure that they meet the necessary needs.
• Evaluate and summarize project and team member performance.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a properly accredited University, plus a minimum of 5 year’s experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with enterprise-grade personalization and testing tools and strategies. PMP Certification and SCRUM Certified is preferred.
• Excellent decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; demonstrates effective leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills; strong formal presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information accurately and tactfully.
• Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches and demonstrate value-add principals to the team.
• Facilitates team and client/vendor meetings effectively.
• Computer literate. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with work management tools (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Dynamics CRM, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to interact with all levels of individuals, both internally and externally.
