Job Summary :
The Risk Advisory Coordinator provides Pinkerton with high-quality, knowledge-based insights regarding the execution and delivery of facility physical security risk assessments and analysis as part of the Risk Advisory team.
This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office / remote) located in Ann Arbor, MI.
Essential Functions :
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Have a fundamental understanding of a facility physical security risk assessment.
- Ability to create and manage security assessment evaluation criteria.
- Develop and train risk advisors and consultants on risk assessment templates, tools, and guidelines.
- Check text for style, readability, punctuation, grammar, and adherence to the a style guide.
- Demonstrated ability to define, operationalize, and manage a data-driven digital platform for data collection, and dissemination.
- Identify, recruit, and conduct initial qualification of potential risk assessment consultanting advisors.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple ongoing projects, administer project management and security assessment software platforms, and track projects for ontime delivery.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security, Security Management, Emergency Management, or other related areas of study and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
