Job Summary
Pinnacle Dermatology is currently recruiting for a Controller position. This role will work closely with Pinnacle’s executive leadership team to enhance and refine Pinnacle’s accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance functions, with a focus on developing and formalizing scalable processes. Reporting to the CFO, this role will manage all accounting functions for a fast growing, multi-site dermatology practice. This is a hands-on position which will require a successful candidate to “roll-up her/his sleeves” and be able to perform and oversee multiple accounting duties, including accounts payable, month end close processes, and integrating new physician practices. Successful candidates will be results driven, detailed oriented, and be able to work autonomously. This is the ideal opportunity for an individual looking for a fast-paced environment with significant growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Seven to ten years progressive work experience in accounting and reporting preferred, including five years of management experience
