Job Description:
- The Real Estate Program Manager will report to the Senior Network Real Estate Manager in the Florida market.
- This candidate will be focused on providing standardized program reporting for all select field engineering programs.
- The role is to drive standardization, automation, effective reporting to identify program progress and gaps and to deliver needed network results.
- Provide accurate and detailed program reporting for the Major Programs the Senior Network Real Estate Manger is responsible for; i.e. 4G or 5G Macro Modifications, 4G or 5G Macro New Build or CBand Minion Mods, Temporary Deployments, Relocation Program, and Lease Renewals.
- Create and drive processes to streamline major milestone completion in the program tied to Leasing, A&E and Permitting Services.
- Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.
- Identify opportunity and program gaps via effective data analytics and automation
- Drive process standardization across southeast engineering via Process mapping, standard reporting, and process optimization
- Develop automation for reporting and other high-level network initiatives
- Lead tool development to support automation
- Partner with NS for FUZE SPM development and site tracker to FUZE SPM migration.
- Delivering written or oral executive-level reporting, presentations and communications.
- Providing management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
- Able to present for all leadership meetings and events.
- Maintain excellent communication with Functional managers and Directors to ensure early identification of issues a timely reporting of status.
Client is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Degree Preferred, Project Manager Certification or Training
- Six or more years of relevant work experience in the field network.
- Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking concepts, practices and tools, and the capability of articulating the fusion of such practices to drive superior business outcomes.
- Preferred if candidates have certification in Six Sigma methodology, including Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black.
- Experience in the Telecommunications and Wireless industry
- Willingness to travel up to 10 to 15%.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business conditions.
- Results oriented, a strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible.
