Responsibilities:
Identifying and implementing strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, reduce cost and improve the digital experience for customers.
Expert in Role Based Access Control, CPNI, Access Control Methods
Experienced in drafting & reviewing business requirements for integrating Network Product Tools
Project management of minimal to complex legal matters pertinent to deliveries associated with Service Now Integrations
Must be adept in planning and preparing for meetings, documenting information obtained during the meetings, identifying and communicating and tracking action items and ultimately making sure all commitments are met timely
Must be an expert in agile methodologies
Organize and coordinate with stakeholders across several lines of business gathering information and requirements on projects
Research user stories and requirements to summarize statutes and business flows using a variety of tools such as BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation), VISIO or Power Point.
Participate in JAD sessions and review scope on project artifacts such as Process Flow Documents (PFDs), Entity Relation Ship Diagrams (ERDs), Dataflow Diagrams (DFDs), test plans and policy and procedure manuals.
Provides direction and insight to the UAT teams on the correct behavior of test cases
Handles day-to-day escalations and quickly addresses them working with IT and other impacted teams.
Review customer feedbacks on a day-to-day basis and work with the IT development team to have any issues fixed.
Experienced in planning and preparing for meetings, documenting information obtained during the meetings, identifying and communicating and tracking action items and ultimately making sure all commitments are met timely.
Experienced in developing presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Word and prepares, updates applicable meeting materials (i.e. Matrices, Charts, etc.);
Well versed in database schemas and mapping.
Well versed with the product 360 life cycle and experienced in setting milestones, MVPs and measuring the success of each MVP by securing and sharing the metric and the KPIs achieved.
Drive the product vision and support the build of product roadmaps
Partner with internal and external stakeholders (CX, DX, Sourcing, Ops Support, IT, Device Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Vendors and Agencies) teams to maximize channel performance
Prior experience with digital digital operations, website design as a product owner/product manager
Experience creating digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in agile environment
Desired Skills:
Product Management Experience of 5 to 7 years as a Product Manager/Owner handling large and complex projects
Knowledge of Product Tools Integrations to enterprise portals
Knowledge of Service Now, Integrations and Routing
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance, advanced degree preferred.
Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong background of organizational skills and attention to details.
Ability to work in an agile, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
Self-starter with great analytical, qualitative, quantitative and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decision.
Experienced and well versed with all phases of the software development life cycle
Must be skilled in reviewing user stories, business and system requirements to clearly differentiate functional vs non-functional requirements.
High level of competence with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), MS Office, including advance Excel skills
Pay Range: $45 - $50
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
