Key Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $45 - $48
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of React.js applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on React.js best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and code quality.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and frontend development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into client's development processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client's development workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 3 plus years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js.
- Proven experience in React.js is a MUST
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Deep understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
