Job Title: Customer Service /Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour on W2.
Duration: 2 months (Short term)

In lieu of pre-screening questions, the manager would like a response to a short scenario on top of the resume.
Scenario:
A customer raises a concern about the accuracy of his last three bill statements. After the bills are explained, he will need help with a payment plan. Please prepare a written response as if you were contacting the customer.
Pay Range: $20 - $22
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.

Job Description:
- This position prepares responses to the PUC informal complaints, develops effective working relationships with PUC investigators, and identifies opportunities to improve compliance results.
- Analyze PUC informal complaints and prepare responses.
- Serve as the PUC liaison and ensure systemwide consistency in the application of Chapter 56 regulations and other PUC guidelines.
- Build effective working relationships and credibility with PUC investigators who process informal complaints.
- Customer services' experience -Critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in computer experience including Microsoft word and excel.
- Effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
