Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for superior client relations and personnel management within the assigned book of business. Success factors for the Account Manager include: effective management of overtime, ensure coverage of contracted hours, and retention of clients and personnel. The position reports to the Director of Operations. The Account Manager successfully models and promotes Pinnacle’s core values Team-Player, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Look the Part.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead and manage professional security officers within the Account Manager’s assigned job sites.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ongoing client relationship management
- Address client questions and concerns within a timely manner
- Effectively lead and manage Professional Security Officers in the field
- Promote positive behaviors through both effective coaching and execution of progressive discipline
- Manages staffing for the assigned client sites; Conducts interview; Makes hiring decisions and recommendations for removal or termination
- Manages schedules for assigned client sites and responds to employee time off requests
- Coordinates with the Human Resources department on job openings; Assists with resolving compliance-related employee matters
- Maintain positive control of overtime hours
- Ensures coverage of contracted hours
- Flexible and available to support operations outside of standard business hours
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of Supervisory experience within security, corrections, or military
- At least 4 years of general experience within the security, corrections, or military
- Minimum high school diploma; college education is desirable
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report check
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Starting Salary: $55,000 - 66,000
