- Strong command of visual and communication design principles
- Strong level of craft for storytelling
- Knowledgeable in the social landscape, aware of best practices, how to drive engagement
- Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration
- Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization, teamwork skills
- Authors and shares ideas in a cogent and inspiring manner
- Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture and design
- Ability to prototype visual design work in situation
- A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative / management team—quickly and beautifully

Additional Requirements:
- 7 years relevant design experience; plus for time spent at top design or advertising agencies
- Work with Copywriters, CDs and GCDs to ensure all work is consistent across the brand.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling content across our varying lines of business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Web design or equivalent, Advertising degree
- Clear and concise communication and organization skills
