At Pinterest, we’re organically growing our team and product, and part of that growth includes infusing our team with Pinterns. We operate with a lean growth and field sales teams focused on optimization and driving results for our advertisers. As a sales intern at Pinterest, you'll work on impactful projects alongside current Pinployees, while also learning about all aspects of a growing online ads business. We offer a 12 week summer internship program during the academic year in our three major sales office hubs: San Francisco, Chicago, and New York.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with sales account teams to lead business related projects that may include analyzing advertiser businesses and industries, developing marketing narratives from Pinterest insights, and analyzing macro advertising performance trends to inform future strategies
- Gain foundational experience with online advertising campaign management, measurement solutions, and creative strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships to work cross-functionally on dynamic Pinterest Sales team challenges
What we’re looking for:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Mathematics (or similar field)
- Analytical skills that can be applied to campaign performance or optimization recommendations. Experience in Excel, SQL and Tableau helpful
- Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with PowerPoint and/or Google Slides required
- Non-academic experience (e.g. personal projects, volunteer experience, conference participation, etc.)
- A curious nature with a desire to tackle and solve complex problems
- An interest in building a career in ad sales at a fast paced company
- Passionate about Pinterest, our products, and business solutions
