Summary:

The Manager acts as a leader within the walls of the brewpub to assist in meeting & exceeding our Mission, Core Values, and Key Business Drivers. Youll be directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Pinthouse standards in across areas of operation, guest relations, inventory & team management, and growth of your team. The manager ensures that the highest quality products and hospitality are delivered to each and every guest, making their experience great!
Pay Level:
- Compensation Range: $58,000 - $65,000/ year base pay
- Bonus Allocation: 10% of base salary, with quarterly targets

- Pay Advancement: The Manager will be reviewed quarterly against performance and evaluated for compensation increases and bonus allocation.
Preferred Experience & Certifications:

- Food Manager Certification
- TABC Certification
- Cicerone 1 Certification
- 3 years bar or restaurant management experience
Responsibilities:
People:
- Recruiting / Hiring
- Assist with recruiting and hiring for all departments while owning staffing in your Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Leadership / Development
- Prepare and execute team member Performance Reviews for Area of Responsibility
- Identify and develop future area leads in Area of Responsibility
- Own training in your Area of Responsibility
- 100% knowledge of training material and how to execute
- Ensure training program is being executed to plan
- Track progress of each trainee
- Experience
- Responsible for all guest and Pinthouse service issue resolutions while on shift
- Responsible for appearance of pub and team members during shift
- Responsible for all product and service given during shift
- Be the Host of the party engaging guests and team members throughout the shift.
Process
- System & Processes
- Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the POS system and our best practices
- Follow and practice all state, city, and Pinthouse alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
- Proactively watch for signs of intoxication in all guests
- Follow and practice all state, city, and Pinthouse standards for food safety. Work with Health Inspectors to ensure we are maintaining the highest standards in the industry
- Ensure efficiency in Area of Responsibility
- Maintain, execute, sign-off, and audit shift S&P, DCL, write-ups, coaching logs, recruiting, and keg checklists to 100% completion
- Admin
- Enter invoices properly and in a timely manner
- Develop and complete weekly initiatives
- Schedule Area of Responsibility
- Communication
- Work with Management Team against organizational and bonus goals
- Amend and lead pre-shift Huddles to disseminate important Pinthouse info
