We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative team player to assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, planning of community events, and other sales and campaign creatives for the Company. You are the right person for this position if you are a self-starter who enjoys bringing a company’s products and services to life through marketing!
The Sales and Marketing Assistant works on-site at our main office located in Philomath. This position also works a handful of weekends during the year (typically a Saturday) to set up and participate in events to promote Pioneer’s services and involvement in the communities we support.

The Sales and Marketing Assistant position is full-time, non-exempt with a wage range of $19.54- $29.31 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, our benefit package provides full-family, employer-paid health, dental and vision coverage, as well as a generous 401(k) program and paid time off.
