What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Clerk position at PIPESTONE?
Objective: Assist in the day-to-day functions of the A/R department along with assisting in the onboarding of new shareholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist A/R team with invoicing
- Maintain shareholder rosters for new entities
- Manage capital calls when rosters compete
- Ensure receipt of capital
- Post receipts
- Receive and distribute construction invoices for approval
- Compute charges for services and receives payments
- Perform data entry and maintain the accuracy of the data
- Keeps records of invoices and support documents
- Prepares itemized statements, bills, or invoices, and records amounts due for services rendered
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee phones and incoming calls
- Ensure mailing of checks to vendors
- Assist with any other applicable functions in finance dept
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education: High school graduate
Experience:
- Previous office environment experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fast paced atmosphere
Work Environment:
- High paced, and high energy atmosphere. Strong work-ethic and motivation level used to get the job completed properly.
- Hybrid work environment with remote work possible after acclimation to company.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
