Job Posting for Contract Coordinator at Piramal Critical Care Inc.
Position Overview: Reporting to the Sr Manager, Sales Operations, this position has direct responsibility for all Piramal GPO contracts supporting the US sale of Piramal inhaled anesthetic products, generic injectable products, and Intrathecal products.
Responsible for supporting all aspects of contract administration and operations duties including but not limited to: GPO Request for quotations (RFQ), contract awards, wholesaler notifications, contract/pricing set up, membership maintenance, chargeback processing, and compliance review
Research and assist in dispute resolution for all issues related to Contract Administration and Operations
Supports projects related to improving Contract Operations, costs, and efficiencies
Areas of responsibility and accountability include:
§ - Reviews chargebacks with processing team and performs issue resolution in contract/chargeback systems
§ - Receive and process new GPO/IDN/Local Agreements in internal system and notify external partners
§ - Receive and process Amendments to GPO/IDN/Local Agreements in internal systems and notify external partners
§ - Process all membership additions, changes & deletes and process according to established procedures
§ Other Ad-hoc Projects, Reporting, as assigned
Requirements:
Associates Degree or combination of education and experience, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2-3 years of directly correlated experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial experience in pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred
Knowledge of the US Health Care system of GPOs, IDNs, 340B, wholesalers, distributors, and hospitals
Experience in SAP or equivalent ERP
Experience in Salesforce CRM
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience in Excel a plus (formula functions, pivot tables, lookups)
Self-motivated and capable of operating independently as well as working effectively in a team.
Ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
Strong customer focus with deep understanding and passion for customer experience and satisfaction. Professionally interacts with internal and external stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with interpersonal skills and the ability to escalate critical issues with a recommended action plan
Must show ownership of projects and take initiative to resolve issues
