What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Pirate Staffing?
We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Decatur location.
The right candidate will communicate with new and existing clients to fulfill their staffing needs. They will be responsible for recruiting employee's, as well as staffing and running the branch.
Monday through Friday.
Must be able to open branch by 7am.
Must be able to work under pressure and in a high pace environment
2 yrs Experience in the recruiting field or sales a plus
Individual must have strong Communication / Client Relationship building skills
Job Requirements
Must have own reliable vehicle
Clean background. (Background check will be done upon hiring process)
