The Role:

As a Cleaner, you will have a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene of Studio Rooms and other site areas such as hallways, curbside and site entrances, and, where applicable, bathrooms and toilets.

This is a part-time role based on 20 hours a week across 6 days. Additional hours may be offered. $20 per hour.

You will be responsible for ensuring that studios, communal areas, bathrooms and toilets are kept clean and sanitised at all times.

• Sweeping and mopping
• Vacuuming
• Dusting and cleaning of all tables, desks and countertops
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of all bathrooms and toilets
• Trash removal, change bags in all garbage receptacles and waste baskets
• Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks when required.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
• Follow all health and safety regulations

*All cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:

• Please note we cannot proceed with your application unless you already hold the right to work in the USA and have appropriate documents.
• Proven working experience as a Cleaner.
• Yes I can! attitude - we’re looking for team members with a positive attitude to work and our customers .
• Work alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies such as leaf blowers, dry vacuum cleaners, wet vac.
• Flexible and able to support colleagues at another site when needed.
• Reliable - this is a morning shift starting at 6 am, perfect if you have family or other professional commitments after noon!
• Computer literacy and ability to use phone applications is a plus, but not essential.
