Ticket Booth Agents

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide all guests with a positive interactive experience that exceeds their expectations in friendliness, cleanliness, customer service, and information that sets the stage for their total experience. Provide a clean, friendly and safe visit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ability to sell tickets, describe product accurately, ability to close the sale.

• Must have excellent presentation skills for guest contact, must have “sale-ability”.

• Must be willing to cross train in all areas of the guest service department.

• Adhere to all rules and regulations governing the handling of money and security.

• Report to work as scheduled and take meal breaks as assigned on a timely basis.

• Attend scheduled meetings.

• Exhibit a positive, courteous attitude to all guests and fellow employees at all times. Proper and efficient set up of assigned workstation.

• Must work at a rapid pace.

• Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.

• Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Frequent walking and standing, occasional sitting.

• Continuous use of telephone and computer.

• Simple grasping and fine manipulating with both hands.

• Continuous oral communication at a conversational level.

• Continuous hearing at conversational and high acuity levels.

• Continuous near vision, far vision, depth perception and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Continuous working with and around others.

• Frequent working in cramped quarters.

• Noise level is low to moderate.

• Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity.

OTHER ADDITIONAL DUTIES: The individual is also required to perform other duties such as:

• Provide special care for handicapped individuals

• Respond to emergencies with guests and employees
