Reports to: PRB&G Manager, PRB&G Assistant Manager, General Manager
Consults with: PRB&G kitchen staff, PRB&G bar staff, Event Facilitator
Pay Rate: $12/hr
Overall Responsibility: Looking for a food runner that is responsible for delivering the food from the kitchen to our customers in the restaurant. They are responsible for ensuring that each customer receives the correct order. A few of the main duties of a food runner double checking orders, matching the food ticket to the customer, and refilling customer's drinks. They also may need to answer any questions a customer may have. Pit Road Bar & Grill sits inside Victory Lane Karting, Charlotte's premier indoor go-karting track. We offer many activities to our guests including gas powered, full speed go-karts, axe throwing cages and bowling lanes. Situated inside this great facility is a fully operational Bar & Grill! With 20 local beers on tap and a menu offering anything from standard bar bites to specialty sandwiches featured on Diner's, Drive-ins and Dives, Pit Road Bar & Grill is a fun experience to add to your normal restaurant environment.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Communicate with PRB&G staff regarding catering or any food orders, to ensure that everyone is on the same page and guests are receiving great service
- Communicate with coworkers at the beginning of shift, to ensure all expectations of shift are met
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order
- Double check the order before it goes to a customer
- Organize food tickets for the chefs
- Place silverware on a table
- Clean off a table after customers have left
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct customer
- Answer any questions from customers
- Refill customer drinks as needed
- Communicate with Event Coordinator regarding catering/event details
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
