What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Director position at Pita Way?
We are looking for a dedicated professional with Managerial/Training experience within the restaurant industry. As our company expands, we see a need for a new hire manager to play a hands on role in creating operational guidelines/procedures and implementing them in the field with our new hires. This position will require the following:
-2-3 years minimum of training/management experience
-40-45 hours a week at one or more of our 11 locations(and growing)
-5-10 hours remote/and or office work
-A well constructed plan for operations / order of operations
-Traveling to each location (gas card supplied)
-Demonstrate and posses our core values of: empathy, dedication, enthusiasm, integrity, and ambition.
